C12 Composites has a long history working with motorcycle components, beginning in the late 1990s when the company was set up to develop a full-carbon wheel in conjunction with Dymag Racing.
We’ve been involved a huge number of exciting projects on two wheels, including:
- Developing a new production method to rapidly produce fully moulded, full carbon motorcycle wheels to complement Dymag Racing’s product range
- Completely redesigning the Honda CBR600 RR airbox and fuel systems for the lighter, more powerful CBR600 RREVO
- Providing composite components and technical consultancy for the University of Bath’s TT Zero electric motorcycle, which placed first of University teams in the TT Zero class at the 2019 Isle of Man TT
